Interview up with Robbie Cheadle on Writing to be Read!

Published by

Thank you, Robbie Cheadle, for sharing my insights on poetry and reviewing my book, Three-Penny Memories: A Poetic Memoir for Treasuring Poetry on Writing to be Read!
I invite you to read the interview, which is linked below. In it I explored the use of metaphor in Elizabeth Bishop’s poem “The Fish” and one of my poems “Marie Kondo Cleans My Purse at Starbucks”, and shared other insights about poetry. The interview is followed by Robbie’s positive review of my book. I truly appreciate her kind words, especially “Throughout all the trials and tribulations of her life, the poet’s love for her mother burns like a flame, as does her mother’s love for her.”
