The Timeless Now

The Timeless Now

May you trust and be

In the present moment, but

When is the Now?

Each second shades to the past.

Each second greets the next!

When is the Now?

Now is the space between

Then and Next.

The stillness between each breath.

Elusive, and yet, luminous.

Not Today.

Not This Week.

Not This Year.

It’s Now,

This very moment

In a space of time,

The minute space between

Then and Next,

Just a bit of time that spans

The space between suns,

So vast it takes millennia to explore.

The space of no breath between

Time expanding and contracting,

Pulling universes together

And apart as

The tides of time,

The space where heart resides

Now and Forever, for

Ever is a vast space of time.

May you find that space

Of abundant stillness

Between Then and Next,

The Timeless Now,

And be reborn to breath.

The Space Between

The Space Between

The space between

Holds its form

When we touch, for

There is no touch, just

The space between,

Vacuous space,

Our molecules floating,

Suspended in God’s exhalation,

Expanding to hold our souls.

Our touch, an illusion of stars,

Cosmic molecules reaching through

Our heat, that Breath of

The Fire of First Light.

The space between,

Creation.

I Am Breath

I Am Breath

I am breath, cloud of life,

Streaming into each vein and pore,

Giving food to the heart and

Rooting it to Earth,

From whence I come clean and pure

Into your being,

Into your heat,

Where I marvel in your temple.

I am air; I am wind.

I am soul for spirit.

Ageless, everlasting, omnipresent,

I come to you without expectations.

I am the giver of life;

I am the tide.

In the tight space between each surge,

My wisdom is elusive.
