It’s almost a year now since I founded FEED THE HOLY, a literary journal on Blogger. I wanted to provide a place for poets and writers to explore their sacred human journey during fraught times. Contributors share their love of nature and other things that bring them joy. They write of how they nurture community life, and spread love and kindness. They also explore tough topics, such as recovering from illness and loss, and they share their grief and sorrow.
Take a look at the new template! You can access FEED THE HOLY with this link: https://feedthehol.blogspot.com/
The Sidebars
The left sidebar has popular posts, such as the Submission Guidelines and the Submission Call. It’s important to read both before submitting. Also, take a look at the other popular posts listed in the left sidebar and the current posts in the main column. Unfortunately, the template does not offer a LIKE button 😩, but you can comment on posts and share them.
On the right sidebar, there is a disorganized list of links to my books and other goodies. You can also learn about me, but I would be thrilled if you follow FEED THE HOLY. Scroll down to where it says “Get New Posts by Email.” It’s free to sign up. Like I said, you can also see the labels (or themes) contributors have written about and the contributors’ names. If you would like to support my work, you can click on Buy Me a Coffee. (Duotrope forces- I mean encourages-editors to provide a way for people to donate.) You know what’s cool? You can click on the Duotrope logo to see the listing for FEED THE HOLY there and read an interview with me. On the right sidebar, you can even find a place to translate a post. Finally, check out the journal’s total views 😁.
Learn about the awesome contributors: https://feedthehol.blogspot.com/2025/09/feed-holy-family-of-contributors.html You will see familiar names there 🙈!

Now I hope you will read the journal and submit!
