On November 10: βHomeless Woman Applying Makeup on the Patio at Eatwell Groceryβ was published on Hotel Masticadores USA. I wrote this poem while observing the woman one morning on the outdoor patio at Eatwell Grocery.

On December 10, βRuby’s Loss” was published by the Garden of Neuro. I wrote this poem during a poetry workshop on colors taught online with the Garden of Neuro.
On December 10, “Three Flakes on the Front Door” was published by Heart Revolution. One winter morning, someone taped three cutouts of snowflakes on y front door. This poem was first published by the Silver Birch Press for their My Front Store series.
On December 13, The Wind Phone published my poem βPhone of the Windβ, which is from my book, Three-Penny Memories: A Poetic Memoir. In the poem, to relieve my grief, I call my deceased mother on the Wind Phone, a disconnected rotary phone in a phone booth on a hill in Japan.
