Yongbo Ma has translated the works of so many poets that I call him the Poet Laureate of the World. His reputation is highly regarded. I’ve published his poetry on MasticadoresUSA and Feed the Holy. I notice that his work is appearing in many other English journals. I’ll include links below to a couple of his poems I’ve published.

The Song of Lilith
by Barbara Harris Leonhard
I am forbidden delicious golden.
Peeled away, seeded among weeds
in his soil. Wrought from the same dust.
I am not serpentine heat
under his skin. I am not
his meager meal. I am bird-footed,
winged night bird, feathered
in moon. I am demon tree limbs—Eve,
Don’t sleep here.
